Hi @JackBurton Please see the following kb articles:

Hi @Pischta , Please run a packet capture as that will help give some clues
-
Hi @lynnlambert Please see the following table for SonicWall device lifecycles for up to date information: TZ Series Hardware - SonicWall Product Life Cycle Tables | SonicWall
-
Hi @ashrafbehlim , Could you please clarify your question? Are you talking about your firewall product name, or the SonicWALL Firewall model names in general?
-
It might be a connection issue as its working fine on your hotspot. I would run a packet capture on the firewall with your public ip and the SSLVPN port number to see what the packet flow is looking like.
-
Hi @AnotherNetProblem , Could you try connecting with an ethernet cable and testing to see if the same happens?
-
Hi @dwMarathon , Yes, you can jump directly to the latest. Just make sure to take an export of the settings first!
-
Please run a packet capture which should give some indication of where the issue is. You can also take the ip's and check the logs as well
-
Hi @DOE_ITD , Start with checking the logs and running a packet capture to get more information.
-
Hi @dts33 , Under SSLVPN server, you can see the port number used there, and you have the ability to change it. The port number for GVC is not modifiable. It uses IKE 4500 and 500. I wouldn't recommend using the same port as GVC is IPSEC and Net extender uses SSL.

Hi @dslee I believe in any instance where the frame size is above that value, you would see this issue.
-
Hi @dslee The failure occurs with a SIP UDP frame when the frame size is above certain value (7XX bytes). Hope this helps!
-
Hi @shawnmandel , you would have to use the serial number of either the firewall or the SMA device.

Thanks for the update. I saw you also used the cleanup tool and its still giving the same error. Try again but with revo uninstaller, reboot, install NX, reboot again and test. If you still are getting the same error, please contact our support team and they will be able to further assist.

Thanks for the update @shawnmandel. Can you check the running services to see if the sonicwall services are running on the laptop?
